Here, Purpose Meets presence.

Magen McRoberts was raised around the rhythm of rooms- first through hospitality, where presence and care were paramount, and later alongside her father’s career in benefit auctioneering. Early on, she learned that generosity isn’t driven by the ask alone, but by how people feel in the moment. What began as an inherited craft became a refined practice, shaped by years of observation, intuition, and leadership.

It didn’t start on stage.

Magen McRoberts has spent her career inside rooms where stories are told, decisions are made, and generosity is tested, shaped, and ultimately revealed. What began as a career in hospitality quickly evolved into something deeper as she learned to read and understand the human desire, their hesitations, their hopes, and the subtle moments that move them to act.

Over time, her work expanded into fundraising, speaking, strategy, mentorship, and education. She found herself in partnerships with organizations, corporations, and thought leaders who wanted to elevate how their brands were being perceived.

While Magen's passion is moving audiences all across the country, nothing impacts her more deeply than time with her family. She resides in Wilmington, NC, with her husband and two daughters, where she enjoys spending time outdoors and bouncing between her daughters activities such as  Girl Scouts, dance classes, and softball games.

Magen is known for her ability to blend presence with precision, emotional intelligence with execution- guiding both moments, and the people behind them, toward lasting impact.
